Life is Better Together.
Our mission for community is to connect people in authentic relationships that lead to spiritual transformation. We believe that life-change happens best in the context of relationships, and Community Groups play a vital role to helping these relationships flourish in the life of the church. In community we are known, loved, cared for, pursued, encouraged, and challenged to be more like Christ.
We are glad that you have found some other people to form a Community Group! Groups form either through Community Formation or through people that you meet organically at Watermark. By filling out the form below, you are expressing interest in forming an organic group.
To form an organic group, here is what you will need:
- At least three people
- At least three of those people have to be Watermark Members
If you are still working on the membership steps, you can still fill out the form below, just let us know you are working to complete membership. We will help you get that complete and then be able to launch your group.
In addition, each Community Group will need a leader. Leaders agree to: be a model of Christian maturity, build intentional relationships with group members, lead and facilitate the group, provide pastoral care and shepherding, and participate in ongoing training.
To begin the process of becoming a Community Group Leader, fill out the application here. Once we receive your application, a member of our team will be in contact to schedule a time to meet, talk further about your interest in leading, and determine if it would be a good season to serve as a leader.
Once we get all that set, we will be ready to launch your group. That will involve assigning a Shepherd & Director to love and support your group and training classes on how to walk out biblical community.
Please fill out the form below, and we will be in touch soon. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help! You can reach us at email@example.com for more!

Thank you! A member of our team will be in touch with next steps. We are excited for you and can't wait to help!
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near." Hebrews 10:24-25
