The purpose of the Leadership Formation Program is to equip you with an understanding of the essentials of our faith, the ability to communicate truth effectively, and the skills to lead others faithfully. The program will develop you to lead anywhere within Watermark, and our hope is that your participation will result in an invitation for you to join our Women’s Bible Study leadership team in the future.
